Dean Markley Pickups are warranted, to the original purchaser, to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of Five (5) years from the date of purchase. Repairs under warranty include parts and labor. Dean Markley Pickup Division reserves the right to repair or replace the defective unit as it sees fit. To obtain warranty service, defective unit must be sent to the factory postage prepaid. After repairs are completed, the unit will be returned freight collect.

External damage, breakage, & cord or wire failure, due to misuse or accident, are excluded. Out of warranty service will be kept at a minimum charge to the owner.

To validate warranty, there is a warranty form (included with unit) that must be completed and returned with copy of sales receipt, within ten (10) days of purchase.
