ship to the cardholder's charge card billing address only.
All orders are shipped Priority
Mail (with Delivery Confirmation) via United States Postal Service
for a flat $5.95 fee. No matter how large an order you place
you will only be charged $5.95 for the entire order.
If you have a multiple unit
order and we are out of stock on part of the order you will be
charged $5.95 shipping for the portion of the order that is immediately
shippable. The remainder of the order will be shipped out "No
Shipping Charges" when it becomes available.
