JustPickups.com™ return
policy is as follows:
1. Unopened product, in original
condition, is returnable for a full refund (less shipping charges).
2. Customer must e-mail JustPickups.com
for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any unit delivered to
JustPickups.com without the RA# clearly marked on the outside
of the box will be returned to sender postage due.
3. Merchandise must be post
marked within 30 days from the original invoice date.
4. Merchandise must be returned
in original packaging with original packaging materials.
Any merchandise received
in damaged condition must be immediatly brought to the carrier's
attention. All claims for damages are handled through the carrier.
All warranty issues are handled
directly with the perspective manufacturer.
Special Note: Seymour Duncan
pickups carry a manufacturer's 21 day, "use it and if you
don't like it return it", return policy. See material that
comes with the pickup.
